Tenkay offers a Build to Drawing service to manufacture the customer-specified PCB assembly (PCBA).
We can source the blank PCB from our partner, either through the UK or Far East Manufacturing, and procure all components for assembly.
Our highly skilled and qualified team can support Plated Through Hole (PTH) manual assembly through to full Surface Mount Technology (SMT) on our SMT assembly line, which consists of :
- Fully automatic iPulse M4e SMT (14,000 CPH) and M20 SMT (23,000 CPH) pick and place machines
- DEK 03iX Horizon semi-automatic surface mount screen printing
- lemme Plus 14 zone convection surface mount reflow oven.
We work with various batch sizes to suit the customer requirements, ranging from smaller prototype runs to full-scale production runs.
We can support ongoing production with component stocking.
Ideally, we seek to maintain our Quality Control processes with full Customer specification Testing of the PCBAs.
Working to engineering standard IPC610 for all PCB assemblies and accredited to ISO9001, we provide dependable, reliable service and quality.
